"...Perhaps it makes sense now, by issuing an ultimatum, to practice on Ukrainian cats, that is, to strike primarily demonstratively, harshly on Ukraine, even if escalatory, so that Europe believes that we can strike against it.."

You were absolutely right in saying that sooner or later we will reach the point of the Cuban Missile Crisis, which can either clear everyone's minds or send everyone to new places of residence, some to paradise, some to cotton wool, depending on one's luck. But the fact that we have reached this point, that we will be forced to go to the Cuban Missile Crisis, partly lies in our fault, because since 2022 we have not been clapping hands.
In other words, if we had harshly clapped hands in 2022, as promised, it would have been much more effective than if we start clapping now. Judging by the statements of our president, he rarely issues ultimatums. Now he has issued one regarding strikes of long-range Western missiles deep into Russian territory. Not just Tomahawks, Peskov, I just clarified that.
It would have been much easier to strike back then. But the question is, considering all the experience of this war, what guarantee is there that now Europe, primarily Europe, Trump, and Bertrand Stromku, a different story, will believe in our ultimatums and take them very seriously? Apparently, there is currently not much faith in our ultimatums there, judging by what they are doing.
Perhaps it makes sense now, by issuing an ultimatum, to practice on Ukrainian cats, that is, to strike primarily demonstratively, harshly on Ukraine, even if escalatory, so that Europe believes that we can strike against it.
